Say goodbye to frozen pulleys, noise and vibration. Fits HA400, HA400W, HFA400 & HFA400W saws with serial Numbers starting with 406, 456, 407 & 457 and is available in either 230 or 460 VAC

Item Number 400A-IDK includes one complete kit as shown. This is a Plug and Play kit and includes:
Programmed and calibrated ABB drive, Lincoln 7.5HP inverter rated motor, Control Relay, Din Rail, Pulleys and belts, Control Knob, Digital Readout, All Wiring, All Hardware, Flex Conduit for Motor hookup, Cover for Handle Hole on Belt Guard and Instructions.

The Fequency Drive shown insltalled in customers HFA400W. Recomended postion is in the open cavity in the rear of the saw, blade motor side. Once installed, the cover is reinstalled and the Drive is out of sight and safe.

The Lincoln 7.5HP Inverter Duty Motor shown installed on customers HFA400W.

Fixed Pulleys shown installed. Pulleys are double belt style using common sized 5L series belts.
The pulley configuration was engineered to offer maximum torque at all speeds. The result is a uniformed blade speed throughout the cut.

The Digital Speed Readout and Control Knob shown installed in customer saw. The system is calibrated prior to shipment. With no numbers to rub off or chain linkage to adjust, the operator can now instantly adjust and clearly see the Accurately Displayed Blade Speed.
